Mynt&Green is a curated resale marketplace offering carefully selected pre-owned and new fashion, accessories, shoes, home and lifestyle items.

Because many items are pre-owned or consigned, natural variations and minor imperfections may exist. We aim to accurately represent all products through descriptions and photography.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Responsibility

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit items. Any item believed to be inauthentic will not be accepted or listed.

5. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

By placing an order, you authorize Mynt&Green to charge your selected payment method for:

• Shipping fees
• Applicable taxes

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Suspected fraud
• Inventory inaccuracies

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

7. Returns & Final Sale

Unless otherwise stated, returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

• Not show additional wear or damage

The following items are final sale:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Personalized or altered products

Refunds may be issued as:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received incorrectly or damaged.

8. Consignment & Seller Terms

By submitting items to Mynt&Green for consignment or resale, you confirm that:

• You legally own the items submitted
• The items are authentic
• The items are free from liens or claims

We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our quality or brand standards.

Consignment payouts, store credits, and processing timelines may vary and are subject to our separate Seller Policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mynt&Green website — including logos, branding, text, graphics, product photography, and design — is owned by Mynt&Green, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, social media content, or feedback to Mynt&Green, you grant us permission to repost, share, and use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You confirm that any content you submit:

• Belongs to you
• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Is not misleading, abusive, or offensive

11. Prohibited Use
